this JS code (less than 400 LOC) has been copied from https://codepen.io/gdube/pen/JybxxZ and adopted to use hammer.js in order to support mobile (touch) devices
control of paddles:
- desktop: left paddle with cursor up and down
- touch: left paddle with gestures
- right paddle is controlled by computer
